*Delayed package is defined by an Overnight package that was not delivered on the requested delivery date. Excludes delays due to incorrect or incomplete address and recipient unavailable at time of delivery.
*Lost and Stolen packages – please allow 24 hours from time of reported issue for a courier follow up.
*Damaged packages – please contact us upon receipt via email or text with photos included of the damaged package and or product(s).
Didn't have to use it
On time and good quality. Only a few dead ones from being crushed.
Crawfish size was great. The taste was great only problem was we had quite a few dead ones this time:/ I sent in a review but have not received a reply
The crawfish were large and I had zero dead lost.
Everything arrived as assured.
It is always nice to have this option and greatly appreciated, but the quality of the product, it was not really needed.
The live crawfish were excellent in size and cleanliness. I found about a dozen dead.
