Heating Instructions:

Recommended Method:

  • Defrost in Refrigerator.
  • In a 6-quart pot, add 4 quarts of water and half of the provided seasoning then bring to a boil.
  • Add corn and potatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Add the crawfish and shrimp, turn off the heat, and let everything soak in hot water for 3 minutes or until product reaches internal temperature of 185 degrees.
  • Drain into colander. Spring with seasoning to taste. Serve immediately.

Heating from Frozen:

  • Follow directions as above, increase warming time accordingly.
