Broussard's Bayou Stuffed Turkey - Cajun Sausage
Whole Turkey stuffed with mouthwatering Cajun Sausage. 10 lbs.
Ingredients: Partiallly deboned whole turkey, pork, salt, green onions, water, paprika, spices, garlic.
Thawing Instructions: Stuffed Turkey must thaw completely before cooking. For best results, move from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigerator for approx. 48 hours.
Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag. Bake at 325F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan covered for 2.5 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165F. Allow Stuffed Turkey to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting. Slice off wings & drumsticks. Cut 1/2 width slices across, then down the center.
