We are always amazed with our customers' inventive Bougie Creations. Please tag us in your recipes to be featured on our socials. Our product is safe to eat cold but we highly recommend you ‘Fry Dat You’. In order to ‘Cover Our Butthole’ we had to label our product '*Requires further cooking’ for liability purposes. When our Bougie is fried in a pan the flavor really goes to 11 - This was always the true intent from the start.

Of course the staple is a basic fried Bologna sandwich with cheese. Our Bougie also shines Louisiana Po Boy Style, in Breakfast Meals, On Biscuits, Pizzas, Your creativity is the limit.

Def not your grocery store Bologna!

Who’d of thought you could make a gourmet quality bologna? You can spot the quality difference between Bougie Bologna and all those store bought bologna’s (even the one that has a “First Name”) just by looking at them side-by-side! Bougies looks meaty with lots of visible chunks of meat versus all the other bolognas that look like they were made from a pink purée of unknown meats. Then there’s the flavor difference… let’s just say I now have a new favorite bologna (Bougies, of course!) for making Fried Bologna Sandwiches!
