Louisiana Cane Syrup infused breakfast Sausage. Our breakfast sausage uses a different seasoning blend along with a smaller 2.5” casing made from Pork Shoulder and as always is 100% butthole free. As with any of our Bologna products, our breakfast sausage pairs exceptionally well with eggs and breakfast sandwiches. The addition of the Louisiana Cane Syrup changes the flavor profile from salty to more of a savory treat and browns great in a pan.
