10 lbs Broussard's Bayou Co Crawfish Etouffee Turducken


Ingredients: Partially deboned whole turkey (all but wings and legs removed), boneless chicken, boneless duck, extra long grain rice, crawfish, water, cream of mushroom soup, fresh yellow onions, rotel tomatoes, fresh green bell peppers, fresh celery, margarine, fresh green onions, corn starch, minced garlic, salt, red pepper, black pepper, white pepper, paprika, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice. 

Allergens: Crawfish, Wheat, Soy

Thawing Instructions: Turducken must thaw completely before cooking.  For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 6-8 hours.

Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag.  Bake at 325°F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 3 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Allow turducken to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices.  Remove netting.  Slice off wings and drumsticks.  Cut 1/2 inch slices across, then down the center.

The Best of All

Brought this to a family feast and it was the first of three turkeys eaten. Received rave reviews from all the guests and the stuffing was the best I’ve ever had. Arrived a day later than requested but it all came together. THANK YOU so much for making our Thanksgiving successful!


Our Turducken came very quickly. It is just as beautiful as the pictures. There was an issue with the order, but the company was very accommodating. Customer service was professional. Also ordered crawfish tails, larger than what's found in grocery stores and delicious.
