SHIPPING INSURANCE
As the shipping industry evolves to lifestyle changes, Louisiana Crawfish Company strongly suggests adding Shipping Insurance to help expedite the refund or replacement process for delayed, lost or damaged packages. This is a proactive response to ensure your order is protected.
*Delayed package is defined by an Overnight package that was not delivered on the requested delivery date. Excludes delays due to incorrect or incomplete address and recipient unavailable at time of delivery.
(Please be advised that due to COVID-19 and the volume of packages in the shipping networks, Our Shipping Partners are not currently guaranteeing specific delivery times. Therefore your package may deliver at any time on the requested delivery date. Please inquire about our Hold for Pick up option!)
*Lost and Stolen packages – please allow 24 hours from time of reported issue for a courier follow up.
*Damaged packages – please contact us upon receipt via email or text with photos included of the damaged package and or product(s).

If receiving your order is time sensitive we highly recommend the “Hold for Pick Up” shipping method where you can pick up your package from the nearest FedEx Station at your convenience.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship LIVE Crawfish to HAWAII, WASHINGTON, MICHIGAN, ILLINOIS, WISCONSIN, PENNSYLVANIA, MINNESOTA, or OREGON due to restrictions by the Department of Natural Resources*
- Oregon, you may obtain a permit for Live Crawfish from Rick Boatner at (503) 947-6300.
- Minnesota, if you are a restaurant you may obtain a permit for Boiled Crawfish from Chelsey Blanke at (651) 259-5350.
If purchasing perishable items as a gift it is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify the recipient of the delivery and provide a valid address.
For incorrect addresses an $18.00 address change fee will be applied or arrangements to pick up your shipment will need to be made. Louisiana Crawfish Co. is not responsible for delays related to incorrect addresses.
FedEx orders are released without a signature unless requested in the special comments section during checkout. If a signature is requested there will be a charge of $5.00 added to your order. Louisiana Crawfish Co and FedEx will not be responsible for orders delivered to the requested address that are left unattended.
Orders being shipped to Canada are by phone order only as additional shipping charges apply.
Louisiana Crawfish Co is NOT responsible for delivery delays that are beyond control (ex: weather)
