Errol's Mini Crab Cakes


Mini cakes hand formed from a stuffing consisting of fresh crabmeat in a blend of vegetables, seasonings, and select spices.

20 - 1.15 oz cakes

Cooking Instructions: batter thawed, partially thawed or frozen crab and deep fry at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes (thawed) until center reaches 180 degrees. OR bake at 400 degrees from partially thawed for 20-30 minutes until center reaches 180 degrees. Placing a pat of butter on each crab prior to baking will result in best baking results. 

Ingredients: crab meat(claw), crab meat(lump), vegetables (onions, bell pepper, celery, green onions), plain bread crumbs, flour, water, corn syrup, yeast, buttermilk, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening containing soybean and/or cotton seed oil, salt, dough conditioner, vinegar, calcium propionate, malted barley flour, yeast nutrient, mayonnaise (soybean oil, corn syrup, egg yolk, distilled vinegar, spice, salt, calcium disodium edta added to protect flavor). Italian bread crumbs (toasted bread crumbs [enriched flour malted barley niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B10, riboflavin (vitamin B2 folic acid), high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and/or cottonseed and/or corn and/or canola oils), water contains 2% or less of yeast salt brown sugar, honey, molasses, sugar, wheat gluten, whey soy flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, corn flour, oat bran, cornmeal, rice flour, potato flour, butter, dough conditioners (mono and diglycerides sodium and/or calcium sterol lactylate, soy lecithin, calcium carbonate0, yeast nutrients (ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), distilled vinegar, skim milk, buttermilk, lactic acid, calcium propionate (preservative), potassium sorbate (preservative), sesame seeds] salt, imported pecorino roman cheese, spices, monosodium glutamate, garlic, onion, and parsley). Whole eggs, salt, granulated garlic, Tony's Chachere's seasoning (salt, red pepper, and other spices) garlic, silicon dioxide (to prevent caking), parsley flakes and select spices.
