Broussard's Bayou Co. Crawfish Pie

A classic Cajun recipe of crawfish tails, simmered in a rich tomato cream sauce poured in a flakey piecrust. 6 inch, 11 oz pie

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove from bag and bake frozen for approximately 60 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Ingredients: Crawfish, cream of mushroom soup (water, mushrooms, wheat flour, soybean oil, salt, cream, modified food starch, whey solids, buttermilk solids, lactose, sodium caseinate, postassium phosphate, autolyzed yeast, natural flavors), water, sweetened condensed milk (milk, sugar), yellow onions, butter, green bell peppers, celery, evaporated milk (milk, dipotassium phosphate, carrageenan, vitamin D3), tomato paste (tomatoes, spices, natural flavors, citric acid), green onions, corn starch, granulated garlic, parsley, salt, spices. PIE SHELL: Wheat flour, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil and or partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil), water. May contain less than 2% of the following: sugar, nonfat dry milk and salt.
